Untitled Poems 4
Untitled 19 Color gently rains Washing away pallor I stretch to catch the drops I try to touch it I try to taste it It falls from my fingers Before I can bring it to my lips Desperately I try again and again Suddenly you are there Catching the rain for me I drink from your cupped hands Slowly a smile appears Along with a blush 1-19-92
Untitled 20 Gently falls the rain Washing the sky As the flowers drink I turn my head up Letting it caress my face I slowly smile As I remember The days of past 1-19-92
Untitled 21 Smoldering fire burning deep Break the surface And spring to full life Consuming all you see Until there is no more 9-3-92
